Never would I recommend this doctor. I went to see her for a very intense sinus headache. The pain was terrible so terrible I would easily describe it worse then giving birth. She seemed discussed when she look into my nose (really it can’t be that bad plus your a dr) and seemed more concerned with my slightly elevated blood pressure which I explained was definitely caused by my headache. Even after I told her I don’t have high blood pressure that’s all she was worried about. No help for my sinus infection. I will never go back again.

Went to see her with major mental health concerns due to catastrophic events in my life. She was so busy typing on her computer, I didn't feel important as a person -- I felt like a medical case to be recorded. She didn't really engage with me until she looked up from the computer. Also, post-appt follow-up was non-existent. My husband's dr, who I could NOT get in to see, showed more care and follow-up. She was indifferent on subsequent visits too. I think she's in the wrong occupation.

My husband went to her 3 times due to knee pain that would not improve. She kept mentioning cortisone injections if not better but did nothing until the 3rd when he pushed it. After no improvement he went to an Orthopedic Dr. who immediately ordered and MRI. Torn miniscuis and surgery needed. He then went back to Nicole for the preop physical. She said no blood work was needed since it was done 6 months ago! Tria surgery called asked where blood work was! She should know levels change!

She took the time and cared about how I was doing. She has been my primary now for about 2 years. She is down to earth and can speak to you like a human. I adore her.

First time meeting her, and she came in a very non chalant and almost a bit of a "I'm bored" type of attitude. No how do you do. Just straight to what's the problem. Not at all friendly. Not professional. I came in with a muscle issue, and she prescribed physical therapy which was described as first line of treatment. I then had to ask her if I should keep using heat for pain, and if ibuprofen would be a good idea. She should have been telling me what I can do for self-care in the meantime!

Came in with flu symptoms, went out with drink some water and take some aspirin. She seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of there. Not impressed. 4 days later I still don't feel any better
