Caring and competent doctor
Dr. Stivers is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She always makes time to answer questions and I haven't felt rushed. I also appreciate that she is funny and non-judgmental.

My experience was so bad, including no demonstrated interest by Dr. Stivers, the office manager or medical assistant to listen to or try to understand any of my key concerns including multiple delays, slip-ups and being provided with false information on many occasions while trying to get a diagnosis of my condition. I have escalated the situation to the regional office and making this post since there was literally no other viable option to provide any constructive feedback that might be at least considered. I hope the practice might improve some day for the sake of patient health care, but first they have to be willing to actually listen to and care about their patients, which I can honestly say based on my experience is not currently happening.

Dr. Lafluer has been an amazing physician for a variety of medical needs. She listens very closely to help develop a plan that also make you happy to go forward with. I have struggled emotionally a lot with going to see a Dr and she makes it easy and really cares about my emotional, psychological and physical needs.

I initially began seeing Dr. LaFleur when I went into Primary Health because of the pain I had on the upper right side of my thigh. Dr. LaFleur diagnosed me just by looking at it and was so sincere, and compassionate to what I was going through. She is personable, friendly, kind, professional, highly qualified in determining the medical needs you may need. I would recommend her to anyone I know! Thank you Dr. LaFleur for being a great doctor!

Dr LaFleur partners with me for my health care. She listens and then we discuss a plan that works. In addition to my long term issues-HBP, etc, she has been so helpful and encouraging during my weight loss endeavors- over 30 #s so far. Nicole is also empathetic to personal/family situations that could be affecting the health of a patient. She is not only a knowledgeable doctor but a confidant and friend and easy to talk with. If you care about your health and want to be your best Nicole is there to stand beside and help with your goals
