Very disappointed that a hospital like poke original keep somebody on their staff that is so unprofessional and heartless in servicing patients in the emergency room

I wish there was an option for zero stars! One is way too many! This 'doctor' should have her license taken away!! She has NO business being around people who need medical care. She was THE WORST DR I have ever seen. My dad was admitted to the hospital for a narrowing of his carotid artery, which can be very serious, especially if you have already suffered from a stroke. She completely dismissed this and was so incredible RUDE, BRASH, HEARTLESS, LACKING any type of COMPASSION OR EMPATHY and was so full of herself. She actually thinks she is above everyone else. I have news for her, SHE IS NOT! She walked around with such sarcasm and ridiculous comments. like, 'this is above my pay grade.', which is just what a patient wants to hear, when dealing with a serious medical condition. Baptist Hospital of Boca Raton, should be ashamed of themselves for employing such a despicable doctor. I wouldn't even give her that title. I hope nobody else has to deal with her wrath!

I had the misfortune of meeting Dr pomerantz on 1/24/24 at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital. I had been told to go there by my primary Dr because i was having severe abdominal pains. I was at the Hospital for a total of 6 hrs, 3 hrs in the waiting room and 3 hrs in the room. When i first entered the room i was met by an RN by the name Christian b, who was great. I never did see this doctor until it was time for me to leave. She entered the room and said how are you doing i said fine how about you, and she replied well your the one in the Hospital Not me!!! She then told me i had a kidney stone and left me to the RN. I WOULD SAY SHE WAS THERE A WHOLE 30 SECONDS!!!This Dr has the worst bedside manner i have ever seen! She has a chip on her shoulder, she is rude, I think that whomever is in charge of the Hospital should reconsider and FIRE this Dr ASAP. Don't use her ever!!!

Didnt take much time with me and said there was nothing she could do. After waiting 3 hours, a very nIce nurse discharged me. I went back in the morning and a different doctor took a test and gave me medication. Boca Hospital should fire her!

She is a horrible “doctor”

Dr Pomerantz took great care of me after arriving to the hospital due to neck pain. Although the injury was not significant, Dr Pomerantz put my mind at ease and reassured me that I was going to be ok.

She recently delivered devastating news to mother when she was alone and not near a loved one. And she left the room as quickly as she delivered it. I hope no one ever has to experience what this doctor did to my mother. She should find another profession. She’s the opposite of what a good doctor should be.

Most Horrible experience. Dr. Nicole Pomerantz DO. Has a Nasty attitude. Very uncaring. I went to the ER. She asked me what I was doing their and want did I want her to do. I said I have been diagnosed positive with the covid 19 virus and am very sick. She asked if I was vaccinated and I said no. She said I should go home and take care of myself. I can’t do anything for you. You are part of the problem. She paid someone to get her license. So fast and showed No comparison. What happened to the hippocratic oath she took to help people. Terrible experience. If you see her in the ER. Run the other way. She’s on some kind of power trip. Gets right up in your face to tell you what she thinks. Bad experience. I give her 0 stars but it doesn’t allow you to. Try another field you stink as a Dr. I hope someday a Dr. treats someone you love that way.

Charged us for services that were never rendered. I asked for the records, by mail, including a self dressed envelope. Nothing was returned. We will have legal eagles on this situation now. Corruption at a downtown Florida hospital is not good business practice. Sooner or later, We The People will hit back

Horrible bed side manners n demeanor. Her alouf attitude was reflected in her lack of thoroughness, sarcastic verbiage and poor interest in providing my daughter with the care and attention that should be provided in an emergency room setting.

Doctor Pomerantz has a severe attitude. She waltz's around the emergency room like she is Gods gift to man kind. She spends little time with her patients, as if you are beneath her and makes her assistants do all her work after she barks orders. She also appears to hate men. She is very obvious and does everything to show it except for walking around singing I am woman, hear me roar. Women definitely get far better treatment from Doctor Pomerantz than men.
