Great Pediatrician
Dr. Phelps was assigned as our newborn daughter's pediatrician when we moved to town, and we liked her so much we started bringing our toddler to her as well. She is patient, has great bedside manner, and most of all she really listens to all concerns that are brought to her and provides solutions. I would recommend her to anyone that is considering using her as a doctor/pediatrician.
