Dr. Perrotte is a complete disgrace of a human being let alone a doctor. I had a virtual care visit with her and my concerns were headaches/migraines and possibly iron deficiency. Before I could barely get done initial describing what was going on, Dr. Perrotte, shut me down and told me just to let her ask me some questions so I did. When she started asking me covid19 questions and only questions related to covid I attempted to explain I don't have a fever, cough, or any big covid symptoms and was mainly worried that a lack in protein in my diet had caused a lack of iron and these headaches as I have had the headaches for weeks, I couldn't even get out the other stuff I wanted to say. Dr. Perrotte then said "why don't you not tell me what you think it is and let me ask you the questions". While I understand she is the doctor, this is absolutely no way to speak to a patient let alone a person in general. I am allowed to be sick or feel bad and it not be covid!!

As an aspiring physician, she does not meet my standards of healthcare in America. My father was admitted to St. Joe's with low hemoglobin, and given his extensive medical history, he knows how to advocate for himself. She spent maybe a total of 2 minutes assessing the situation and then refused to see him after he was admitted. No explanation and no plan of action. As a high risk patient, when the orders for the blood were wrong, it leaves you lacking confidence in this physicians judgement.
