Unsuccessful Treatment
She refused to do surgery that was urgent—I had tried everything for nearly 20 years and was now suicidal from the massive pain and discomfort—yet she forced me to try the SAME things again—extending my pain out for months more. She prescribed the wrong meds (made me take a suppository for an external condition)—which clearly didn’t help. When I called back to tell her this, she was unresponsive to my tearful pleas despite my utter misery. Then, when we finally convinced her to do the surgery months of pain later (had to take my husband to the appointment so she’d listen!), the surgery was not completed successfully—and the issue still exists. Now I need one of the most painful surgeries possible AGAIN. The trouble is, there are no specialists for this through Kaiser, and I’m not going back to try another “general surgeon” and risk the massive pain and unnecessary trauma all over again.

She is not a great Dr at all! She pushed me into having a full mastectomy and after it was removed we found out I had no cancer like she first told me. Very frustrating!!
