Dr. Nicole Lenhares, MD

Went to er for jaw pain and swelling..it looked like I had a ping pong ball in my mouth..very swollen and very painful..she said I'll give you an antibiotic..when I ask about getting blood work she said it doesn't matter if you have elevated blood count (WHAT!?!) I'll just throw you and antibiotic and get you out of here..she treated me as if I was a drug seeker..I just wanted to know what was wrong..like do some test..at least blood work maybe even a CT scan..nope, she didn't care!! The most uncaring doc I've ever seen!!

My wife had serious abdomen pain for two days. Family doctor ordered imaging done. That night, the pain became too severe to wait. So we went in to Lakeview ER late at night for my wife's severe abdominal pain. She got a CT Scan. They gave her a small amount of something to stop the absolutely crippling pain. After several hours working with an excellent staff, Dr Lenhares came in to explain "meh its nothing, probably constipation" despite any evidence of that whatsoever. Then she dismissed us. She didn't feel it was important to pursue it. Not even an ultrasound or anything else. No colonoscopy, no review of the uterus. Nothing. Just a prescription for non-existant constipation. No pain meds (not even extra strength basics). Meanwhile, what they gave her barely kept the pain to a minimum and my wife is still in pain. I can only assume the Doctor thought we were seeking pain meds. Thoroughly dissappinted with this Doctor's ability to make good judgements for her patients.
