Cares more about keeping herschedule than patients
She constantly rushes us out of our visit and cuts off questions, saying that she needs to keep to her schedule. She also has done a poor job of diagnosing conditions and is very unresponsive and rude. Worst doctor I’ve ever been in contact with.

She is the WORST doctor ever! My Mother has Dr Higa as her PCP and my Mother can barely get an appointment. My Mother has had pains in her stomach, can barely eat and her urine is a dark color. Dr Higa took an urine sample and had one of her nurse call my Mother to tell my Mother that nothing is wrong and to take Pepcid. My Mother has liver failure and is in the hospital. Maybe, she could've avoided all this if this so called doctor did her job and refer her to another specialist, if she didnt know what my Mother had!

I definitely would recommend Dr Higa. During consultation, she is able to pin point, more than a routine exam. Her medical expertise were followed up with pertinent, related, applicable questions which allowed for the gathering of detailed responses. With her attentive demeanor, she is able to comfortably apply her internal medical knowledge by furthering the information gathering process regarding 1. dermatology 2. updating of shots 3. heart 4. bone, gynecology concerns,recommendations.
