Very professional, intelligent, diligent and caring. Dr Hanley-Williams answers all your questions patiently, and follows up with you right after tests and study results are available.

She has no compassion. I was told she was the only doctor that treats certain conditions. What a waste of time! My ENT has more compassion in his toe than this woman. He felt she was useless in my journey. Gives doctors a bad name and it’s a shame. No wonder why people don’t get checked or go to hospitals.

I went in for endoscopy because in the past (20 year and by different doctors) I have been diagnosed with Barretts Esophagus - precancerous cells). When I got results from Dr Hanley-Williams her report did not say I even had Barretts!! Barretts does NOT go away. The fact that she did not find those cells or did not diagnose me with Barretts is a little disturbing! A lot disturbing! I called and questioned her and she said just do what your other doctors told you to do. seriously. i also personally did not care for her personality either.

Thought that she was understanding and helpful. Very disappointed when my Surgeon recommended seeing a different GI Doctor for she believed Dr Hanley-Williams really did not want me as a patient. Discouraged and disappointed.

After having various diagnostics for my intestinal problems, I first saw Dr Hanley-Wiliams in February 2018. She listened well to my symptoms and complaints and was compassionate. Finally, she's the one who finally diagnosed me with IBS-C and recommended a treatment. She prescribed physical therapy as she understood me problems as a quality of life issues. After over 18 years, it's the first time someone was that thorough. I know it sounds dramatic, but she improved my quality of life!

Dr Hanley-Williams is a knowledgeable and caring practitioner. I put off seeing anyone for my IBS for many years. During my initial visit with her she listened carefully to what I said and then made a plan for my care. She calmed my fears. I continue to see her for ongoing care. I would recommend her to anyone with IBS.

I was sent to her for a "so called " second opinion of a senior doctor in the same practice. It was a joke, just going thru the motions and she completely agree with the other Doctor , I was advised not to get the second opinion in the same place , and in my opinion it was a big mistake and waste of time, Then a couple of days later I asked to speak to the Manager of the dept, Karen and she refused to get on the phone and I was told she said they could do no more for me , Is this Professional?
