I appreciated the timeliness and friendliness of the staff. No feeling of rushing through. All of my questions were addressed. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Receptionist were very personable and Dr Gordon has a very calm and caring demeanor.

Dr. Gordon is very unprofessional.. she does not care about u nor gives that care you want from a doctor.. I actually felt so rushed and as I told Her my complaints she just told me I was wrong and brushed me off.. she did a colonoscopy endoscopy on me and till this day no phone call or anything about my results no appointment was set up and I still have this horrible problem.. what a sad way to handle a patients problem… use someone other than her she’s disgraceful

From the moment I walked through the door until I left EVERY person I encountered was absolutely amazing. Dr. Gordon is a kind and honest doctor. She made me feel heard and not rushed! Her staff is professional, kind and personable. So glad I was referred to Dr. Gordon!

The visit with her was not rushed. She took time to listen to your concerns. She did explain diagnosis well.

I saw Dr. Gordon as a new patient. She was professional, asked a lot of questions and listened to my responses. I found Dr. Gordon to be thorough and detailed in her responses to my questions. She was prompt, which I sincerely appreciate, and she was very pleasant, as was her nursing staff.

Dr. Gordon is a great doctor. She’s a great listener and allows me explain my symptoms. She gives me her recommendations and also allows me to ask questions. She’s always concerned about her patients health. I will continue to recommend her to family, friends and new people that I meet.

I did a Telehealth visit with Dr. Gordon-Moton in August 2020, and she did an excellent job. She calmed my fears, prescribed medicine and she knows how to explain conditions well. I liked that she has experience in dealing with people with disabilities and ensures that they understand everything. She was patient, knowledgeable, very friendly and has wonderful bedside manners. I would recommend her to family and friends. The only issue I had was my medicine was sent to the wrong pharmacy many miles away and I had to call the nurse to resend it to my pharmacy.

Awful !!! Worst bedside manner. I am a senior citizen and did not take medicine properly before a procedure. instead of being respectful and gentle to an elder she was rude, loud and disrespectful. And imagine making an appointment for a follow-up visit!!! Would not recommend her to anyone.

The wait time needs to be improved.

Dr. Gordon has the best bedside manner she is empathetic, attentive & comprehensive. She listens, explores possible alternatives, provides her perspectives. She doesn't just rush through a visit she is emphatic and conversational and explains things in layman's terms in addition her team is consistent and responsive. I highly recommend her.

Dr Gordon was able to identify my issue and get it resolved so quickly. Everything was scheduled to the T. I went for a follow-up visit and they were running a little behind, but the staff was professional enough to notify everyone and offer a solution.
