Great Doctor, Horrible Office
Dr. G is fantastic, but his office manager is a nightmare. They changed their hours to conflict with school, which doesn't make much sense for a pediatrician. We calmly tried to communicate that this causes a problem for us, but instead of discourse, the office manager through a fit, hung up on us, then DISCHARGED OUR CHILD as some form of juvenile punishment for expressing an opinion he didn't like. It's disturbing that they prioritize hurt feelings over children's wellness in this way. Again, Dr G is wonderful so this is not a knock on him, but parents have to deal with the office, and for that reason you'd be wise to steer clear.
