Dr. Nichole Mahnert, MD

I had what was supposed to be a complete hysterectomy and both ovaries removed from another surgeon. Unfortunately other doctor missed one enlarged ovary. Fast forward 2 years an mri for another condition showed the enlarged cyst (was an ovary) remained. Scheduled surgery with Dr Mahnert. Her and her team was outstanding. Smooth and fast recovery. I highly recommend Dr Mahnert.

Very egotistical, dishonest, told me things that weren’t true based on what other OB’s said and were contradicted by online research. Told me I was fine when the last 13 years of Transvag Ultrasounds said different. She secretly felt my case was complex due to past pelvic surgeries. She didn’t feel she had the skills for it. Instead of telling me that, she said my case wasn’t serious and wouldn’t do surgery, even though 2 past OB’s wanted to do surgery 6 (SIX) years ago… Sent me for a new Transvag US. The tech was RUDE, phoned it in and didn’t even put the probe halfway in. Therefore the Report was worthless and made it look like I didn’t need surgery… Was Mahnert’s ego SO BIG that she called the tech in advance to make herself look right? Unethical. It’s unfortunate bc I liked her when we met and THOUGHT she was skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Instead, she is a Narcissistic bully who tells you inaccurate info loudly to try to intimidated you. Fired.
