Dr. Nicholas Valente, MD

After my distal radius fracture, my experience with Dr. Valente in the ER and follow-up appointments was excellent. He is a compassionate listener, responding to comments and answering each question in depth. His recommendations for healing were helpful; he is realistic and hopeful in his evaluations of expected progress and challenges. I trust him and am thankful for his help. The office runs very smoothly and each staff person was warm and helpful. Much thanks.

I saw Dr. Valente for my knee problems. He took the time to explain the x-rays and discuss treatment options. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say, had no wait time and the staff was wonderful!Thank you!!

My son broke his humerus and we went to Dr. Valente for a second opinion. I’m so thankful we did. The wait times were much shorter than the other office, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Valente didn’t rush through his appointment. He was very informative, and made sure his patient was comfortable. He had clearly reviewed X-rays and records prior to our visit, and even reserved a surgery time before we met “just in case.” Love that! I appreciate his thoroughness and compassion. He’s also very personable.

I am 63 years and got hurt at work 6 1/2 years ago . I have went to 6 Different Orthopedics Dr’s . I have never had Surgery in my life ! He is very caring with you and explains what to expect after the operation. I was walking with a walker 5 hours after surgery, with no pain in my hip ! I only stayed 1 day in the hospital. The my pain was level is very low . At home I can get in and out of bed with no problem. Walk up and down stairs after 4 Days . Before the operation I was in a lot of pain ! Not anymore! Thank you Dr Valente. I have my life back.

Dr. Valente did an emergency surgery in October 2022 as I fell and shattered my wrist. Over a 5 month period post surgery, he helped me build a plan to get my wrist and hand function back. I am very impressed with his recommendations and really trust him. I am nearly 100% back to full functionality.

I have been seeing orthopedics since I broke my R arm at age 9, and Dr. Valente is one of the most caring, knowledgeable doctors AND he listens to me and then reviews my concerns. Dr. Valente is extremely thorough in his diagnosis and explains, in detail, why he prescribes procedures. He spends as much time with me as I need!

He performed carpal tunnel surgery and feeling alot better. No numbness. He explains everything in English not medical terms you don’t understand!

Forgets who his patient is and allows activities and PT that would hurt the patient and not help the patient after surgery. His office staff is a joke....all they do is sit around and gab and laugh like they are having a girls tea party. All I can say is thank god I have Dr. Hoy...now Dr Hoy is amazing!!!!!
