Dr. Haddock's entire staff is caring, considerate professionals who show empathy for their patients, especially those undergoing cancer treatment. Dr. Haddock's expertise and experience are highly regarded among his UTSW peers, and after my recent surgery and subsequent followups, it is evident that he will deliver on the symmetry that was my desire from the start of this journey. You know from the minute the front desk greets you that you are in caring hands. The wait time has never been more than 10 minutes.

The entire plastic surgery department at UT SOUTHWESTERN is by far the most professional, caring, and expedient group of Physicians and staff that you will ever encounter. I felt that Dr. Haddock went out of his way to explain all of my options and was very accessible. I am confident that my upcoming surgery will be a success after speaking with him and his PA, Kristie.

Dr. Haddock's experience regarding implant replacement (mine was 33 years old from my breast cancer reconstruction, which was ruptured). He knew that over those many years my left breast & added weight gain would be larger than my reconstructed right breast. He ensured that the left breast reduction was aligned with my right breast implant replacement. I am extremely pleased with the appearance of both breasts. The care team has been very responsive before, during and after the surgery.

I saw Dr. Haddock today to discuss my upcoming surgery. I will be having a double mastectomy and reconstruction down the road. He clearly explained the different options and answered all questions thoroughly, and without feeling rushed. He is so experienced and is part of the faculty at UT Southwestern. If I have any questions, I sent them through MyChart, and his team is very responsive and have answered my questions in hours to less than 24 hours. A good bedside manner and and excellent doctor.

From my very first visit with Dr Haddock he made me feel seen and heard. I was a patient not a number. The quality of care he provided from my mastectomy, to the reconstruction process was smooth and seamless. He took the time to answer all my questions and eased my anxiety every step of the way. He is a perfectionist which I love, who wouldn’t , and takes pride in the work he does and ensures his patient’s are happy. If not, he fixes it! I can’t say enough about his exceptional clinical team from Christie his NP, Molly his nurse, Lindsay who handles all the behind the scenes work and Ruth who handles all that insurance paperwork madness!!! There was never a time I called or sent a message via MyChart that wasn’t answered promptly and with care and concern.I highly recommend Dr. Haddock due to his expertise in all aspects of the reconstruction process. He is top notch and will forever be remembered as the Dr who truly cared about me and made my breast cancer journey easier.

Horrible. My wife had had multiple procedures done by Dr Haddock. During and after the procedures I don’t get any word on how she is doing, even after calling and leaving messages for him to call. Eventually long after the procedure after she is admitted to a room I am able to track her down in a room via hospital staff. He never visits her to follow up, he has a group of his staff that comes in on occasion to see her but they will never tell us anything whatsoever about how she is doing. She spends multiple days in the hospital each time and he NEVER checks on her, and his staff NEVER tells us anything about how she is or when she will be discharged. Eventually, the hospital staff will surprise us by bringing in discharge paperwork. Even after going home, we never hear from the doctor or his staff. After infections develop several days later (EVERY time), we still can’t talk to him, he just relays through a random member of his staff to go to the ER. He thinks he is God!!!

I was so excited to have the opportunity to have the very best surgeon through my breast cancer breast reconstruction. I knew of Dr. Haddock exquisite reputation even before my first visit (I’m researcher) and through it all he absolutely lived up to his reputation and beyond. He did a reconstruction, lift, and reduction after my partial mastectomy and it turned out beautifully. EVERY other doctor that I’ve had to see since the surgery has literally said WOW your surgeon did a great job, I just say, “I know! Hugh!”. He is also very good at listening and truly caring about you as a patient. I am going to have to have more surgery and I can’t stand the though of anybody but Dr. Haddock doing that. He is the best! A Hollywood Plastic Surgeon in Dallas Texas!! Thank you Dr. Haddock for being so good at what you do. And, thank you for being “my” doctor. I hold you in the highest respect!

Dr. Haddock is a compassionate, thorough, meticulous, considerate, thoughtful and highly intelligent surgeon. I am a two time breast cancer survivor. He performed a complex Diep flap procedure on me after having numerous complications and failed reconstructions from other prior surgeons. He worked me into his demanding schedule to replace necrotic skin and open wounds that would not heal due to radiation. I am grateful for his skill and honored to be his patient.

He's a compassionate plastic surgeon and is an absolute perfectionist in his work. He's very patient and takes whatever time necessary to answer questions about your procedure to promote confidence and ensure a good end result.
