Stay Far Away!
My mom has been a patient of Dr. Depace for years. We went in to see him and he forget major critical things that are wrong with her. When she told him she had a stroke 2 months ago, he completely forgot and was confused. He didn't even know why she was there. I was livid and my mom and I left there after waiting 5 hours to see him and we were also very confused. We are now seeking another doctor for my mother, she deserves better and we would recommend to stay FAR AWAY!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband was seen by Dr Depace and his appointment was at 2:30pm, but we werent seen until 6:30pm, then we didn't end up being done until 8:00pm. Insane. Dr Depace didnt go over any of the test results with us or what they meant, just told him what meds to take. The front desk is completely incompetent. They either don't answer the phone, their mailbox is full (I've never had that happen at a Drs office) or you literally will be hung up on while waiting for the phone to be answered. When they did answer, my husband was on hold for 20-30 minutes. We live over an hour away and he's had to drive up there a few times to get copies of paperwork because they don't answer the phone. They say they don't fill out paperwork and don't keep accurate notes of what was done within the visit. My husband drove up to them yesterday again to pickup copies of his records and waited 1.5 hours. Its wild because he is a highly respected and recommended dr. but in reality he is one of the worst drs we've ever been to and suggest no one go here either.

I won’t go back
I never got any test results. A lot of test were done that I had no idea what they were. They took my paperwork from me that had then names of the test in code . I asked for a copy back and they didn’t give me one.. I was told was how bad my test results were . I have a bad feeling about the place and I won’t go back. Oh… the wait time was hours !

Very Disappointing
I have POTS and EDS and I tried Dr. Depace's office in Sewell. They warned me that I would be waiting very long (more than 4 hours) to be seen by the doctor, which I was prepared to do because of how desperate I was to see a doctor who is knowledgeable about POTS. The first time I was there, I saw Dr. Santos who was great! The second time I was supposed to see Dr. Santos again but after waiting 8 hours, I was seen by Dr. Depace. He was extremely rude when he walked in and did not even talk directly to me (only to his nurses/ other doctors). He did not seem to want to understand my issues or be familiar with my case. He only spent 4 minutes in the room with me and when I tried to ask questions he actually left the room while I was speaking. There were a lot of tests done that were not explained to me and it took many months to get a copy of the results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The care is absolutely not worth the wait. The environment and conduct was very suspicious.

Terrible office communication and follow up
This office has literally no communication follow through. I have NEVER received an appointment reminder or follow up phone calls answering my questions. This practice also does not participate in a medical portal system, so there is no access to your own patient chart information except to ask them to fax, yes, FAX m, your test results to your primary Dr.. I have called four times to request this information and have asked my primary care office to contact them, and still no test result information has been sent! It has been three months of asking for my test results to be shared. This is unacceptable. Plus- Their website doesn’t have office hour information listed. This is a poorly run office- not worth the aggravation.

Useless staff- joke of a practice
I've been a patient here since Nov 2021. I've had 4 appointments scheduled with Dr DePace, but after waiting for 4-7+ hours in the waiting room, twice I've ended up with different Drs trying to treat me by reading Dr DePaces' notes. My last appointment, in May, Dr DePace raised my pain medication to Tramadol 100mg once a day, from 50mg. That script ran out on 6/18/22. I started calling a few days prior as a heads up, and here we are 11 days past my refill date, and I STILL don't have my medication refill. I had to pay a copay to see my PCP, and explain to him that the staff and Drs at Franklin Cardiology were ignoring all of my and my pharmacys' NUMEROUS attempts to refill my meds, just to get him to give me a week's worth. They were notified at least 3 times by phone and email since I've been to my PCP, and they STILL haven't refilled my meds. Guess I should've known better months ago when it took 5 calls over 2 months 2 get a call back about xhect pains and fainting. What a joke.

“Disgrace”
I was ok with a 6 hour day being sick. I waited patiently. The office does not return calls. I’ve been calling for 3 months as well as my pcp for results/records. He repeatedly balance bills and charges insurance for tests he does not do. Billing goes to another doctor you never see. Fraudulent. His new doctor’s license was just re-instated. He has many sanctions. The office is a complete utter mess. Medicare is investigating. I’m beyond frustrated with this negligent office.

The care here is really bad. You will sit in a packed waiting room for hours waiting for the doctor who only spends 15 minutes with you. The receptionist said that Dr. Depace sees over 30 patients each day. How can you provide anyone with quality care?

Worst care I have ever received. I've called 3 times within the last 5 weeks and nobody returns my calls. I've even emailed. Appointments are very rushed and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in between appointments. I've been trying to get my medication refilled and they are ignoring that also. You will wait hours to see the doctor and he will order a bunch of tests that he will never review with you. I regret wasting my time here.

I went here twice. Both times spent about 3 hours waiting and only got about 15 minutes with the doctor. He ordered a bunch of tests that he never reviewed. I've since called at least 4 or 5 times and nobody returns my calls. I've emailed twice and nothing. One time I called and left a message and was told later by the receptionist, "don't leave a message. We don't check them." I'm out of my medication that they haven't refilled. Also, one of the nurses is really miserable and shouldn't be working with people. I really have nothing positive to say about this place.

My daughter saw Dr. DePace twice for POTS. After waiting months for the first appointment, and hours in the waiting room, we actually saw Dr. DePace for ten minutes. Instead other doctors breezed in and out of room. We didn't know who we were seeing. It was completely disorganized. Her next and last appointment was virtual. Even that appointment began 2 1/2 hours late! The office is near impossible to get ahold of, so if you are in need of medical advice or an appointment, it could take days to get through. A multitude of bloodwork was ordered, most scribbled down on a piece of paper. Quest could not read the majority of the tests, and they didn't have corresponding codes. When I emailed (after trying to call numerous times) the office to ask for a printed copy, I got a response saying it was too complicated and it would be discussed at the next appointment. I was then told not to worry and to just have done what the lab can read and don't worry about the rest. I could go on.

First time meeting DePace and his staff. Amazing experience.... the wait wasn’t long at all, however with the amount of time and detail he gives to his patients, he’s well worth the wait! Thank you Dr DePace, I look forward to seeing you again, and having you continue to be my Cardiologist. I live and hour away.... he’s well worth that Drive!

I went last evening for an initial appointment with Dr DePace. When I arrived, there were 12 people in the waiting room already! I signed in anyway and took a seat. A significant wait later, still not having my presence acknowledged by anyone, I approached the woman behind the glass windows to ask if the doctor was running behind. She scoffed at me, barely looking up from the paperwork in front of her, and said he's always running 2 hours late! I canceled and left!

This past week I went to the ER with A Fib. Jefferson Hospital/ Washington Township was the closest hospital. Our regular Cardiologist belongs to another hospital. This is the second time that Dr. DePace helped us through an emergency. My husband and I requested him once we got to the hospital. Dr. DePace is kind, considerate and knows what he is talking about. He listens to his patients very carefully, evaluates, and gives excellent medical advice and treatment. We are thankful.
