RUDE AND NEGLIGENT
The RUDEST doctor & office I have ever dealt with. The doctor will completely ignore your concerns while acting like you’re a bother, and the receptionist sigh, suck her teeth & hang up on you mid-question. Dr D will completely gaslight your concerns to get you out of his office instead of being compassionate and actually HELPING. Do NOT waste your time & money here, they are awful and do not care about their patients who have been with them since the start of the practice at all.

Rude
A friend recommended Nicholas Defilippis to me. My first visit was in July, it was wonderful. He was patient, completed a through checkup and ordered blood tests, mammogram and colonoscopy to be completed. My second visit, I had a sinus infection and called to make an appointment and was given an appointment for that evening. While there, Nicholas informed me that my mammogram came back normal. I inquired about the results of my blood work and he literally yelled “ I don’t have time to have this discussion with you, we squeezed you in because you’re not feeling well”. I was shocked especially since he appeared to be so caring, kind and informative during my first visit with him. I was already upset for being misdiagnosed at an Urgent Care. His rudeness upset me even more. I have excellent insurance and needless to say, I am now looking for a new doctor. He will never have an opportunity to be rude to me again or bill my insurance company for services delivered so obnoxiously!!!

My husband got new insurance and Dr. Deflipippi was on the list of possible primary doctors. We didn't see this site before hand and the reviews honestly surprise me because they portray a person we didn't meet. Dr. Deflipippi was funny and nice, the appointment wasn't rushed and he reassured my husband on a few things that were bothering him as well as gave excellent advise on other things. maybe he had an attitude change since 2017 since most of these bad reviews happened. wait was super short, people were all nice, and it took less than 5 minutes to schedule the appointment as a new patient. Will be returning.

I love Dr. Defilippis and staff. I've never had any issues with scheduling or wait time. Dr. Defilippis has always been honest & friendly to my husband and I. I'm sad for the other reviews but I'm very pleased with my doctor. I've been going to him for 10+ years. I once had to switch because of my insurance at the time, but went back to him immediately once I had another insurance.

I am shock after reading these reviews. This is not the man(Dr. D) that took care of my father for the past 20 years. We received nothing but the UPMOST respect,courtesy,patience and outstanding care from him and staff. WHENEVER I called if I couldn't speak to him then I definitely received a call back from the doctor.

The term "Doctor" is not appropriate for this guy. He is rude, arrogant, never takes time to explain things and his only goal is to take your money and get you out of his "office" as soon as possible. He is the antithesis of a professional, is unfriendly and does not belong in the medical field. I will make a full report to the proper authorities on his behavior.

My parents have been Dr. Defilippis patients for 13 years. My fathers insurance changed in 2016 and his staff kept billing my mothers insurance for his bills, my moms insurance started declining those claims recently. Rather than do their job and call my fathers insurance, his staff sent a bill to my parents and during a routine check Dr Defilippis mentioned the possibility of going to court for $800. This after billing my parents for quarterly checkups for last 3-4 years. Beyond disgusting

Dr. Defilippis is an arrogant man. His reputation across the board is horrible. In addition, he misdiagnosed a family member whom had a rare cancer. His comment was "you can't be in that much pain, toughen up". Unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR !!!!!!!! Your are subject to humiliation by his rude comments and your life may be at risk.

I am completely disgusted in the service I receive when trying to schedule two appointments. My husband needed a physical and he also needed to see the doctor due to a burn he obtained. The secretary was completely unprofessional. After putting me on hold for 15 minutes she said to take my husband to the ER when I asked to speak to someone else she said no I can not and hung up on me. She did not give me her name nor did she schedule his appointment for his physical. We will not be returning.
