Patient beware
Only follows protocols and doesn't listen to patients or practice preventative care. After years of regular visits with the same no statin recommendation my husband needed triple bypass surgery at 43. Find a doctor who isn't just going through the motions

Dr. Anderson was friendly but it became apparent he either wasn't really listening to what I was explaining to him or wasn't understanding what I was telling him. He ordered blood work and said once results were available he could go over them with me. I got a call a couple days later from his nurse implying I had a fairly serious condition but gave only general information on the results of my blood work and said I needed medication but a prescription hadn't been written and there was no mention of recommending a follow up visit. I feel there was/is a disconnect between he, his staff and the needs/expectations of the patient. I'm disappointed and frustrated..

I see Dr. Anderson on a regular basis and I think he is a great doctor, I am glad he got a new nurse. He listens to me and gives me helpful feedback how to improve my health. It's nice that we can, a good patient- doctor relationship.

Dr. Anderson is friendly enough but he really doesn't listen to me. He will say one thing in the office and before you know it his LPN, Judy, is calling saying something completely different. It doesn't seem like the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. I have even had Judy tell me that I had a serious medical condition which I don't have. She has also ordered NEW medications to my pharmacy based on lab results without Dr. Anderson consulting with me first. Frustrating.
