Dr. Matthews is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen to each concern and addresses them appropriately. She treats each patient like a valued person. I really appreciate her!

I had been seeing a doctor here for a while and things were great for over a year. I was prescribed anti depressants and doing really well. Then, the pandemic hit and I couldn’t afford to go in for a check up since Covid left me without a job nor insurance. As well, I’m immunocompromised with asthma and they know that, so it’s a bad idea to go into the doctor . I called countless times to try and get them to work with me but they would no longer write my prescription til I paid for a check up with my doctor and came into the office downtown Chicago.. that obviously, I was unable to do. After zero accountability from Dr Niby and her staff, I’m currently experiencing severe withdrawals during the holidays..Puking, temp changes, brain zaps, weight loss, and hopelessness. Probably fine for most things to come here , but don’t expect them to actually care about your well being when it comes to it.

She's a great listener and cares about her patients' thoughts and feelings. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I like her a lot.

First of all, Congratulations to Dr. Niby Mathew & family on your new bundle of joy! I am fortunate to be one of Dr. Mathew's patients and I can't say enough good about her. She is very knowledgeable, professional, humble and caring; and she has always made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice and best medical care ever. Dr. Niby Mathew is simply the best doctor I have met in the US and abroad, and she is truly a credit to the medical community at large.

I love her! I moved from Chicago and I would do anything to find a GP like Dr. Matthew in my current city. I felt as if she really cared, was very knowledgeable, great bedside manner....and she always laughed at my jokes. I would go so far to say that Dr. Matthew may be the best Dr. I have ever seen. Michigan Ave. primary Care is also a great medical office. The staff is nice, they have their own immediate center (like a credible dr. version of a minute clinic) and they have snacks!
