Amazing! What a caring, skilled doctor.
I followed my fabulous primary care doctor, Nibal Harati, to his new location with Gather Health, in Quincy. I have been very happy with Dr. Harati's care. He really listens to patients, and uses his great experience to provide excellent care. But this past Sunday, I fell on ice and wrenched my arm. I was unable to drive safely. Monday, I went to the ER, but beyond recommending I get an MRI, they could not do much for me.I was delighted when the folks at Gather Health set me up with a free ride to their office to have Dr. Harati check me out the day I called! He referred me to an orthopedic surgeon in Braintree, and again, I wondered how I would get there. And again, Gather Health arranged a free ride to and from the orthopedist's office. I was also amazed at how fast the referral appointment was set up - the very next day. They also arranged the MRI, and rides on Thursday. 6 PM on Friday, Dr. Harati called me at home with the results.

Don't bother going for a physical
I went to the office in Quincy for an annual physical after reading all the glowing reviews, and Dr Harati rushed through in 5 minutes without any care for my concerns. Everything I mentioned he said "we could send you to a specialist", without any explanation. He also said the office would follow up with blood work and they never did. Thankfully there are other doctors in the area who are much more caring and thorough and I got a proper checkup later on. Would not trust this doctor with any other issue.

I've been with Dr. Harati for a very long time. He asked me to follow him when he came to Plymouth. I so miss him right now. He is the best Dr. Around. He leaves no stone unturned. Thorough and testing. He finds the answers.

I am so depressed that Dr. Harati is leaving his practice and going to Boston! He is the best PCP I've ever had. He takes (or did take his time before Atrius took over) time to really get to know you which helps to know exactly how you tick, something every doctor should strive to learn. He is kind and one of the few doctors in my 76 years I can say he's wonderful - he is an outstanding person as well as physician. I am now trying to find a new PCP but after him I doubt I'll ever find any as good as he was. Best wishes Dr. H on your new position.
