Dr. Nhung Pham, MD

I have had laryngitis for over three weeks now. Went to see Nhung Pham at a same Central Ohio Primary Care Same Day Center on Africa Road in Westerville. I told her I have a job which requires me to speak for long periods of time. She told me my vocal cords are inflamed and to wait another week and to not talk. Then I should see my regular doctor if I still can’t talk. I told her that not talking is not an option because of my job. She dismissed this. I asked is she could give me something like oral steroids for the inflammation. She said that would help but she doesn’t like to give oral steroids. She gave me no other option than to not talk. She refused to help me.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Pham anyone. I waited 20 minutes to be taken to a room, and the nurse and tech who did the initial exam were both rude and unprofessional. Then I got to wait for another HOUR before the Doc decided to show up! She spent about 3 minutes in the room with me, didn't apologize for keeping me waiting, and didn't address my concerns. All she did was refer me to my primary care doctor (even though I told her that I didn't have one currently).
