My experience was excellent. I was very hesitant and fearful to have a colonoscopy, but by my second visit to Dr. Nguyen, I felt comfortable with his skills. As it turned out, back in 2017, he most likely saved my life, since he found a 30 mm precancerous polyp and removed it. He was also very diligent with a follow-up colonoscopy and took the time to call the pathologist since he was somewhat alarmed with the way the report was written, but all was fine.

Wouldnt recommend this dr to anyone for UC treatment. My son was seen in the ER, diagnosed with an UTI and the ER paged Dr Nguyen and he never called back, ER put my son on antibiotics and let him go and told us to follow up with Dr Nguyen the next day, we saw the dr in his office and he took my son off the antibiotics the ER gave him for an UTI without checking to see if he did in fact have an infection, he said he doesnt have an UTI. So he stopped the antibiotics, about a month later my son was taken to the ER diagnosed with severe sepsis, a very bad UTI and his kidneys werent functioning right. This was all because of Dr Nguyen taking him off the antibiotics for the UTI that the ER diagnosed him with and us seeing Dr Nguyen the next day in his office, he didnt check to see if in fact my son did have an UTI he just said he didnt and to stop the antibiotics. My son was in the hospital 37 days and had to be put on a PICC line, my son was very very sick due to Dr Nguyen.

Staff was very caring. However, when the doc came in the room he was very short and kept cutting me off. I told him I was having ab pain with explosive diarrhea. He said there was nothing he could do until he got my records, understandable. But, when he saw I was on pain meds he got very hateful and said he just doesn't give out pain meds. I snapped back and told him I had plenty of meds I just want to know what's going on with me! Would NOT recommend this rude, hateful doctor!!

Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever known. Prior to finding Dr. Nguyen, I saw numerous other doctors who either misdiagnosed my problem or made statements such as your symptoms don't match anything we have heard of. Dr. Nguyen carefully listened to me explain all my symptoms, and told me he needed to do a endoscopy. The result: stage 4 esophageal cancer. Dr. Nguyen took rapid action to restoring my health.
