Doubtful
When you leave a message on my WVUChart (as their messaging system requests when you phone their office and would like a fast response) you may or may not get a response. Sometimes staff does not follow through with requests, appointments get canceled by the facility staff, and overall extremely poor communication at times (not enough staff). Prescription orders are sent to the wrong pharmacies. This business is understaffed and the office appears to be disorganized. They need more help and a good office manager, in my opinion. But it appears that there is a shortage of staff in almost all occupations. Don't expect much until they get more help (if that indeed is the problem). As far as the doctor herself, Dr. Ngozi Ude-Oshiyoye, she is a good doctor and is pleasant. She listens to what you have to say and delivers a straight answer. After just a few visits I am looking for another provider.

Excellent care and pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Ude was kind and attentive. She was patient and listened to my concerns. Her nurse, Nola, was bright and cheerful. I had brought my 94 yr old mother in for her first visit and we were both pleased with the care we received. I will be bringing my health care business to her and have told my husband he needs to come here as well.

I am new to the area so family member recommended this practice. Dr Ude was kind well educated. I have multiple medical conditions and I am on multiple prescriptions. She added back some prescriptions I had been taken off because my BP was still pretty high. She made a plan to get my health back on track and explained everything to me. From my first call to make my appointment I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Everyone is nice and caring.

Horrible with patients, rude, doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, doesn’t fill prescriptions on time.. (heart medications, blood thinners, etc) doesn’t get back to you - as in NEVER! You can call 20 times and you get the nicest staff and nurses but she still won’t return calls or even have answers for you, even given to the nurse for you. Changes medications and doses on you without speaking or seeing you, IF you manage to get one called into the pharmacy, even the pharm told me to get a better dr.
