Dr. Ngoc Dinh, DO

As a practitioner, Dr. Dinh was perfectly fine for the 2 minutes I spent with her. What happened afterwards is of concern. I've been getting voicemails from a company called Pediatrix, with no other information provided to me. I checked with my insurance company to see if a claim was filed under the name Pediatrix, no such luck. When I finally spoke with someone at Pediatrix to figure out what was going on, I was told I had a balance due, yet I had never received a statement. In trying to track down what the charge was for, all I was told was the doctor's name and date of service, they also had no idea what the service was for. I was also told that Dr. Dinh never forwarded along my insurance information or my address (hence no statement) to Pediatrix. In doing my research, this seems to be a recurring theme with Pediatrix providers, with many bills going to collections because patients never receive statements. Patients, be forewarned.
