Utter most worst medical team
The team at this center has lied to me over a dozen times. Stating and guaranteeing me they would handle my request and maybe three out of ten times it actually gets handled. If you like your lived one to suffer for days due to no contact over the weekend and false promises this is the place

overall pain management
I have been with Dr Campbells office for 3 years now. I have been seen by 3 different members of his staff and they all seam to treat me like I was their main patient. I have tried different treatment plans and found one that works. I have been seeing Harlen lately. She comes in and listened to my complaints and changed my pain management plan or left it the way it was. we have been stable for about the last year now with no complaints from me. Dr. Neville Campbells team are top notch and I wish I could take them with me on my move. Thank you Dr. Campbell and team.

Amazingly worse than the VA!
My procedure appointment was canceled without telling me. With 2 special needs kids and the time and care needed, this was infuriating. No explanation, no apology. Tried rescheduling, got screwed again. These people really seem to not care about you. The NP at my next appointment gave me an email to bypass their horrible call center. 2 emails and 3 phone calls and no response until the 3rd call and a bad review. They blamed me for the lack of response. They said I gave them inaccurate contact information. Curious how they got in touch with me then. You are merely another number. If you leave, one of the people in their overcrowded waiting rooms will be up next.

Unfortunately, I have chronic pain. Fortunately, I was referred to the Center for Wellness and Pain Care. I come in monthly for refills of opiates. I mostly interact with Shanequa Hawkins, MSN/APRN NPC. She’s wonderful, caring, and a delight to work with. My pharmacy had issues when I got the prescriptions from my doctor, but None since I started with this practice. They trust me and don’t make me feel like I am a “drug seeker.” I feel valued and respected.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30. As a new patient I was told to arrive a half hour early for paperwork. I arrived 1 hour early to make sure I had time. It's now 2:30 and I've yet to be spoken to by a physician! I'm about to request my copay be returned and walk out.

Excellent bedside manner, listens, answers questions, and gives great advice (not just meds) and his PAs are so caring and knowledgeable. I feel so fortunate to have found such a skilled team to get me through my pain issues. And if you are needing an ablation, once again I recommend the wonderful team of Dr Campbell and the group of people who work with him.

After years of pain management doctors, I saw Dr Campbell after moving to Henderson. He was extremely compassionate and empathic to the pain I was experiencing. He combined drug therapy and epidurals in the lumbar and cervical areas. Amazingly, I never felt residual pain after the injections, like I did with a previous doctor. Had it not been for changes in insurance, I would still be seeing him. The Henderson location is a bit clunky, but the service from Dr Campbell and his PA Erik, great!

Dr. Campbell is the most caring professional and personalized doctor that I've ever received treatment. I would highly recommend anybody that is experiencing chronic pain. I am experiencing cervical spondylosis along with degenerative joint disease and DDD. Genuinely cares a great deal about his patients and his staff is also very caring and thorough. My recent cervical medial branch block procedure had a very positive outcome. Experiencing a significant decrease regarding cervical pain.

The wait at times can be 2 hours for people like me in alot of pain It is so hard to sit and wait that long. He is only interested in using people as guinea pigs. Always wanting to performing surgical procedures that do NOTHING.

I was so relieved to find a Dr. who had a gracious bed side manner. Dr. Campbell actually looked you in the eyes to pay attention to your needs and concerns. Wow! he actually touched you to check other possible symptoms. His staff was very attentive, although the receptionist could tone down on the "honey's." The paperwork for a new patient was very comprehensive, it gave the Dr. a lot of information before seeing the patient. Yes, I would definitely recommend.

Waited 1.5 hrs and left the office without seeing the doctor. Booked first visit after lunch for next visit and told would be first in. Dr. showed up 40 minutes late and then talked on the phone for 20 minutes. Booked for procedure with doctor at surgery center. Standing room only out into the hallway. Must have been 50 people. Waited from 7:00 AM until 9:15 AM for a 5 minute procedure. When we left at 10:30 there were still 50 people in the waiting room. Walked out following appointment.

After several phone calls and conversations I have to give a BIG shout out to Tammy and Dr. Campbell for the exceptional job they did to get my scheduling and procedure issues straightened out. Dr. Campbell even took the time to call me at home after my procedure to make sure I was feeling ok. I am so impressed with the special attention to detail that he and Tammy show I will now recommend him to anyone needing help with their chronic pain. Thank you Dr. Campbell and Tammy!!

I am able to live my life fully with the care of Dr. Campbell. I never feel judged, only cared for. I have an usual condition and he never shied away from the challenge. He's sought to learn more and happily worked with my surgeon. It doesn't hurt that he's just a nice man!
