Exceptional Listener
Came to see Dr. Hermes after visiting multiple doctors who dismissed my concerns. Both she and her staff were caring, and exceptionally skilled in getting to the root of my health concern, which turns out, was absolutely valid. The time she took to dissect my concerns and address each one was something rarely seen in the normal 10 minute office visits of today. After the visit she followed up to make sure I was doing well with the new medicine and followed my treatment. The office staff and Dr. Hermes respond to questions quickly, which is another unicorn characteristic for a Doctor’s office these days. I can’t say enough good things about her. Best doctor I have ever dealt with. She deserves more than a 5/5!!

Dr. Nesreen Hermes is a very caring doctor. The thing that I liked about her is that she is down to earth and easily approachable. She is very professional and knowledgeable. When I was sick with the flu, she returned my call immediately and prescribed medication that helped me.
