Exemplary Physician
Informative, personable and highly competent in his field, Dr. Winkler is a real treasure. Dismally diagnosed with Macular Degeneration, Cataracts and Fuchs Dystrophy, my future seemed bleak. He has given me hope, promising results and time to get my life in order. (I’m a retired RN. When I praise a physician, it has experience backing that praise.)

High Praises
I was very pleased with Dr. Winkler and his staff during my recent visit to his office for my cataract pre-op visit! His explanation as to what to expect was very thorough. He was willing to answer questions without making me feel rushed. As for my actual surgery day, the staff at Bell Memorial Hospital was equally pleasant and professional! I am extremely pleased with my results. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Winkler!

Caring Physician
I had my first cataract surgery done recently. Dr. Winkler is a caring, top notch professional that I recommend to everyone. He answered all our questions at my first visit and just before surgery.
