I wish I could give ZERO stars
Our primary care provider recommended we see Dr Davino in February of 2025 to examine my 2-year-old son's left leg after a fall. In the span of 2 and a half minutes, this man managed to soil the reputation of the entire Texas Children's network with only a few sentences. He laughed in my son's face, insulted my wife, and did not examine my son at all before leaving the room. There is a reason this man cannot stay at a practice for more than 5 consecutive years. It's time to hang up the coat, Nelson. You're 70 years old and you're not doing any more good in this world than you are bad. Go read some books on a beach somewhere and stop terrorizing people.

The worse doctor we have ever seen
Telehealth
He barely touched my son to check what’s happening or why he is limping, was extremely rude to me and bc I’m not from US he also told me to go back to my country to fix my son’s limping problem. How rude was that? Barely spent 5 minutes in the room and left laughing and saying we waisted our time going there.

Brusk and Dismissive
I wish I had read reviews before I went to see him. Then again, I went with first available because it was an urgent issue, and after seeing him I understand why he was available. He was unable to offer any help on my son's knee injury and said I just needed to "make him walk on it". The lack of help after driving an hour and a half away and paying $250 out of pocket was frustrating, but his dismissiveness and obvious annoyance and the way he made my 7-year old feel were what really upset me.

Would not recommend. Safety concerns
Did not know how to properly use equipment and left my child with burn scars the length of his arm. Beware.

He is the most arrogant doctor i have ever met, an absolutely disgusting human. The second you question any of his decisions, he gives you an ultimatum and refuses to treat you. He cares about only himself, and he is stuck up.

The nastiest, rudest, most unprofessional jerk I have ever met! Very condescending to my 12 year old daughter. She left there in tears! This (I'm not allowed to say what I'd like to say) should NOT be allowed to even practice medicine. I'm so livid that unfortunately the entire Richmond bone & joint will get anything but terrible reviews to every single person I know. I can NOT believe this man even has a job! Pathetic excuse for a human being. I can't believe he's actually a doctor!

The man used to be a fine doctor but whether due to stress or age has lost his emotional composure and professionalism. He ranted and used foul language in my child's presence to my shock and horror. I had no choice but to report this to the office manager. We will not be returning. We always respected him and trusted him in the past so this was a complete shock to us.
