Amazing Doctor - Lucky Patient
It took almost a year to get my first appointment, but I can honestly say it was well worth the wait. Once you're an established patient, the process becomes seamless. The patient portal is incredibly easy to use, and the office staff does an excellent job of monitoring it for inquiries, refill requests, or general questions. Dr. Chambers is truly the most amazing doctor—kind, attentive, and exceptionally knowledgeable about my health. I feel completely supported and cared for in every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Chambers to anyone looking for an outstanding healthcare provider!

Dr. Chambers is the BEST!
I've been going to Dr. Chambers for several years. She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and listen to my concerns. I've always been treated with great respect and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and she genuinely cares about her patients. She explains things in a way that's easy to understand and is always available when I need to see her. She is brilliant and extremely knowledgeable in many areas of medicine!!! I highly recommend her.

Atrocious front desk staff // RUDE
Dr. Durr chambers is wonderful and highly educated, but her staff is holding her back. One of her employees at the front desk treated me so disrespectfully over the phone when inquiring about appointments and insurance. She was sarcastic, laughed, and cut me off several times. This is deplorable, and would not stand in the office I work at in healthcare.

Dr. Chambers is the best GP I’ve ever had. Sometimes unforeseen problems happen that can backup her schedule, but I have been one of the patients who has taken more time than anticipated. My husband and I always have something to read, and we have never had a problem with any of the staff. Dr. Chambers has literally saved my life and my husband’s life more than once.

Doctor is excellent and I wish she worked as a sole entity. The office is full of red tape. A patient cannot call and speak to a human. You must leave messages, wait for them to call you at an inconvenient time where you miss the call back or don’t have a calendar in front of you. Cannot depend on efficient communication and scheduling. Considering changing doctors because patient load seems too much. I’d like more personalization and dependable communication with office.

Love Dr. Chambers and trust her completely!. She is by far the most caring and empathetic doctor I've had. And her PA, Heidi, is wonderful. She too is trustworthy. They both will do all they can to help you with any health problems you have. They are both very easy to talk to and caring people.

I read with interest the many reviews associated with Dr. Chambers. Not only is it unfair to lump the reviews of her office staff, together with the reviews of Dr. Chambers personally, it is downright wrong as this decreases this doctor's chances of ever being rated five star and that my friends is what this doctor deserves..... FIVE STARS. Let me tell you about this doctor. Dr. Nellie Chambers is a caring, compassionate and most committed physician when it comes to explaining our care.

Great doctor. Office staff/communications lousy !!!!!! After numerous , unanswered phone calls, I had to physically drive to the office to retrieve test results. Another doctor requested a copy of some test results. I had signed a release for Dr. Chambers to fax them. Two months later the doctor had STILL not received anything and neither of us could get anybody to call back with an answer to the problem. I am afraid that I'll have to find another doctor.

Doctor Chamber is an excellent, warm and caring doctor. I have been a patient for about 10 years. However, the office personnel are the worst I have ever dealt with. Very difficult to get them to refill a perscription. Even though I have my yearly appointment scheduled, out of the blue, they will not refill any bloodpressure or cholesterol medicine for the next several months. No prior notice from them. I will be looking for another doctor.

I feel unfair writing this review because I like Dr. Chambers very much. I'm sorry to say I have to switch doctors because the office commutation is so very bad. I cannot make an appt unless I physically reach a person because they don't return calls or emails. I haven't been able to get referrals or prescriptions refilled in a timely manner because the office will not even return calls to pharmacies or other medical offices. After a year of this, I have to find another doctor.

While I like the doctors there, it is impossible to speak to a person to simply ask a question. You must leave a message and wait hours or days for a return call and then, if you miss that, you must start all over. This is for EVERYTHING, not just for making an appointment. Can't someone there answer the phone and return messages? Horrible. I'm going to have to switch doctors.

Not very proficient. Doesn't review medications with you; not very compassionate; when she feels intimidated by your knowledge she will drop you, as she has done. EXTREMELY HARD to get appointments and very difficult to get medications filled even after leaving messages with the doctor's medical assistant. The doctor calls her patients as sweetie, which is very distasteful. She's supposed to professional but doesn't act very professional. Office manager, Ingrid, is HORRIBLE and very nasty.

I was a former patient of Dr. Chambers but wanted to see her in the new location. As such, I was told I had to book as a new patient and the wait was months out. I agreed to this and one the appt was approaching the appt was cancelled TWICE on me. The first time it was re-scheduled for three weeks later. Then a week before that appointment it was cancelled and I then got an automated call confirming an appointment. I arrived for this appt to be told that this call was an error.

I had been with Dr. Chambers and staff for years and really liked them until about a year ago. I firmly believe that it is all about the money and not helping at this practice. I would not wish the experience I had on anyone else. I look forward to my appointment with another Primary who will actually do more than just order test and relay results. I also look forward to a Primary with more schedule flexibility (and not waiting months to get in to be seen). What a waste...
