Dr. Neil Furman, MD

Front desk staff is rude. I had a medical emergency and the woman at the front desk would not let him know I was there. It was not until 20 minutes later that I had to ask her again if she asked the doctor if he could see me when she finally got up to ask. Then, she came back and said he was going into a meeting in 10 minutes. I did get upset and slam the door because I had a true emergency and wanted to seek his medical advice since he was so close to my house. I was disregarded and dismissed. Today I received a letter from the doctor stating that he would no longer be able to provide me with medical care and that he suggested I find a new physician. He never called me to ask why I slammed the door of the practice. He never asked me why I was upset. He did not care to find out what my emergency was. It is very dissappointing and hurtful. I find it unprofessional and disheartening that someone who took an oath to help his patients couldn't even pick up the phone to call.

He is down to earth, funny, like talking to a friend, really listens to what you have to say. Really seems to care. I'm a woman who usually prefers a female doctor but my boyfriend liked him so I gave him a try and don't want to look elsewhere for a primary.

I have been going to Dr. Furman for 8 years. I have never had a doctor that cares and is always there when you need to talk. I have called him many times and always get a call back. He is caring, professional, very funny, and takes the time with you. I am going to miss him as I am moving to central Florida. I pray I can find a doctor who has been the doctor that Dr. Furman has been. Also, his staff is the best you could have. I am going to miss them so much! All the staff have been there for me, and help you in whatever you need. It is going to be hard to replace all the staff and Dr. Furman. You will be missed so much!!!

Dr.Furman have been our Dr. for over 15 years. He are one of the best caring Dr. in the world. He will always let you talk and tell him what’s going on. After listening then he do what he does best get you back well. I alway recommend him to people. Between the Dr. and staff when you leave the office you are very please.

Dr. Furman has been my Primary Care Physician for over 15 years. I have never witnessed any physician demonstrating such compassionate, ethical, or professional regard for his patients as Dr. Furman! It is ineffable to describe his gifted altruistic concern for your physical situation as if you were his only patient. When you leave his office, no matter what physical condition you are in, you just know that you have gotten the BEST care under the sun! :)

Dr Furman has been my primary for years. I drive down to see him all the way from Delray beach, that's how comfortable I am with his medical care. He makes you feel at ease immediately. You basically get the feeling that he cares about your well being, instead of being quickly looked over, and made to feel like your physician was rushing to his next exam. His office staff have always been so sweet and kind, and scheduling is always immediate. I recommend him to all of my family and friends.
