My medical history is very complex. Dr. C. has cared for me since 4/08 and I really believe I would not have made it through 3 years of homelessness, a total of 16 months in the hospital, and almost 60 fractures (23 in one year alone!) without his treatment, proper guidance and referrals, and most importantly, truly caring for and about me, as he does with all of his patients. Since he moved from Hollywood, I now travel 27 miles each way to remain under the care of this outstanding physician.
