I needed to understand my genetic blood condition and its potential consequences. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns by ordering definitive tests which no other doctor in the past 25 years had done. Intuitive, intelligent and concerned doctor- very knowledgeable and a good communicator. I would recommend him also on great rapport with the patient.

Dr. Belman was completely unprofessional when I went to my visit. He would constantly imply that everything I told him was a blatent lie. I was never given the chance to really explain anything I felt as he would interrupt with "Well I do too" and move on to the next thing not giving me a chance to list off the symptoms I had. He belittled, degreaded, and embarressed me in front of the young girl he was supposed to be training and setting an example for. I have never had a problem with anyone at St Lukes until today. I had to leave on the verge of tears from his interrogative demeaner. Example, I said "I am drained out and my bones hurt." Which he replied with "So am I, me too." Honestly that is no way to be talking to any patient especially while training someone. He even went as far to criticize my family doctor who has always went above and beyond for my trying to get me all the answers I need. I had to switch my doctor. I will never recommend this man to anyone.

He takes time with me in answering my question s and shows a positive concern for my well b eing. Each time I called the office with questions I received quick and accurate results.
