Staff is Unprofessional
Staff is Unprofessional and doctor wanted to see me even though I had to take a simple shot which even nurse could give me (as nurse took blood work)

Dr. Shah is wonderful. She cares for my mother in law so well. She truely cares and is sincere. My husband switched to her care because the experience has been great. Issues with an office staff person but the great care is worth the struggle.

I'm writing this for a family member. First of all, this patient was unnecessarily prescribed aspirin which sent her to the ER & was advised to stop taking it by the ER Dr. When same patient had UTI infection Dr. Shah gave her male meds which was again corrected in ER. Patient is also diabetic & Dr. Shah keeps her on same high dosage despite a1c levels dropping significantly & patient's sugar level has gone dangerously low several times. Staff are rude, one of them even laughs to other staff about patients & makes a scene over nothing.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for over 7 yrs now. She is competent and spends the time needed to assure all questions are answered. My calls have been returned timely and the office staff are pleasant. Rose is the best. She runs that office well and I have never had a problem getting same day appointments. She knows the patients by first name and always greet them with kindness. Dr. Shah is a very well trusted healthcare provider who provides nothing but Consistent quality care.

Dr Shah has been treating my husband and me for approximately 10 years. She is an excellent monitor of medical conditions and an angel in time of crisis. The year before last she took charge in a life threatening situation and miraculously pulled us through. I trust her completely.

After hour calls not returned or days late. Doctor and staff to lazy to call pharmacy to Refill a prescription. I have been going to this office for years , buikding a good relationship with the patient's should be the doctors #1 mission in a establishing a good medical practice. Dr. Shaw wants more patients seeking dollars. I highly do not recommend Dr. Shah, any doctor that won't return phone calls , doesn't care about the patient.
