Dr Nail is a wonderful Dr! She is a good listener, a good communicator and as a patient, I have such confidence in her abilities and her knowledge. She made me feel I mattered and I’ know I’m in good hands!

First time with Dr. Naik. She listened, was compassionate, and seemed efficient. She took my appt because my provider was on vacation and I needed to see a Dr. I did have a wait in the exam room but her assistant let me know that the Dr was with another patient and was running late. My wait was not unreasonable and thankfully she was willing to take me. First time meeting her, she agreed to take me as new patient because without notification I found out my provider was leaving in a week. I am hopeful that Dr. Naik will be a good fit

Disgrace to Internal Medicine. Maybe she'll learn as she gets experienced or with a better organization than Salem Health, but unless you have no history and no complications in your health history then don't expect much from her. Upon establishing care you can only bring up one concern and there are no forms to complete except inputting medications. Rather lax attitude and poor attention to well-being of her patient base as her subspecialty is Geriatrition. Not many people over 65 have only one concern to raise when establishing new care or even at many follow up appointments.
