Thoroughly listens. Goes out of the way for all the children she sees. As a parent who does her best to handle sickness in the most natural ways possible to help my childrens natural immune system, I appreciate that Doesn’t automatically push medications but will still let me know what is available if needed. You can tell she is truly passionate about her kids. Has gone above and beyond for both me and my boys no matter how last minute I call her. Day or night. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician.

If you have a problem, she doesn't discover the root cause; she gives out potentially harmful medicine to kids, like candy. If the problem gets worse than it was initially, then she prescribes higher dosages! Make it make sense. She doesn't inform you about the potential risks of medicines and acts like the medicines she prescribes are harmless when, in fact, they are not. Otherwise, a kind doctor, but I would not recommend.

Excellent and very caring. She spends time with you to explain everything. No child gets left behind.

Dr Kaushal is amazing. She is thorough and cares for her patients. She goes out of her way to make sure that my child is taken care off. I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitancy. She is great!

Very nice, seems to truly care for her patients. Nurses are nice. Her office manager can be very difficult to deal with. Appointments first thing in the morning aren't too bad of a wait time, however if you are scheduled late morning or after lunch you better pack a bag. Most times is well over an hour after your scheduled time a couple times it was closer to two hours past appointment time. I know all docs are busy, however I think she over books herself.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kaushal. When our kids was born she came and checked in on them multiple times with both of them.We always get to see her and not a PA or anybody else. I can't imagine the hours she puts in.She seems to be fully invested in her patients. She remembers even the small details from the past. You get the feeling she truly cares about her patients and they are not just another patient.I fully trust her decisions and recommendations.
