She was assigned to me while a patient at Palms West Hospital. She was very attentive and took care of my very critical situation immediately. She explained and listened. I found her to be very thoughtful while speaking to me and making sure I understood the medical information she provided to me. All though my only interaction with Dr. Upputuri was in a hospital setting, I would definitely recommend her.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of my mother-in-law's psychiatric evaluation by Dr. Neelima Upputuri, MD. Despite my repeated attempts to contact her through multiple voicemails, and the fact that my medical power of attorney (POA) is on file, Dr. Upputuri has failed to follow up or communicate with me regarding the evaluation results. This lack of responsiveness is both unprofessional and distressing, particularly given the critical nature of psychiatric assessments and the need for timely information for proper care and decision-making. The absence of communication has significantly compounded the challenges we are facing with my mother-in-law's health. I urge Dr. Upputuri to adhere to proper communication protocols and respect the legal authority of designated representatives in future interactions.

She treated my difficult aunt in the hospital. Very patient explained everything to us in layman terms. Made sure all test were explained why needed and results were told by her promptly. She came by three x daily to check on her.
