Results from my blood test were supposed to be available in about a week. It's going on the 3rd week and she hasn't released them to me. I'm a senior, I let her know thru her office, that I'm leaving town soon and want the results in case there's any follow up needed. Still no response. She's not on a medical portal because they now charge $10/mo. and she's "figuring out what she wants to do about that". She would be sending results via email. All of these things do not convince me of her good judgement or her caring. But, her 1 person staff was great! I'm getting away as soon as I get those results.

Never heard back from doctor
I've been trying to get my lab results from the doctor for months (for which I got a bill of almost $1k). And she didn't fill one of my prescriptions. AND THEN moved locations. I don't usually leave bad reviews but don't know what else to do to get in touch. What a waste of time.

Good Luck Contacting Office or Renewing
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Tangirala, but the issue is once you're out the door you cannot contact their office. There is a series of hoops and ladders to go through and once you figure out how to get through to the office, no one answers. I have been without my medication for days and even the pharmacy can't get a response out of them.

Unprofessional
It has been 3 weeks since my annual physical and I am still waiting on the doctor to call me back. I tried contacting the office and emailing but either it went unanswered or no helpful response. I understand the doctor is busy but then it is important to book less appointments and take care of existing patients by getting back on their reports so they can start any require treatment. During my blood test, the assistant who took my blood, I mentioned which arm to take blood from, but she ignored and went ahead with the wrong arm and with the needle in, kept moving the injection to see if she can drain out more blood (which was painful) until she finally tried the arm I initially suggested. Very surprising with such big clinic to see this level of unprofessionalism.

Not up to the level
She comes off nice but the knowledge and compassion that you want in a doctor just isn’t there. I felt like I was wasting her time and more like a burden.

I would not recommend this doctor
There was no dialogue at all for a first-time visit. She rattled off a bunch of questions barely looking at me. I explained that I was in an enormous amount of pain in my neck and shoulder. That I had been to the emergency room and I needed to follow up with some pain management as I went through rounds of tests. She barely looked at me the entire time. Disregarded my pain then ordered a bunch of unrelated tests. She had someone from the office call me to say I should see an endocrinologist. When I asked why the woman said "I don't know that's what she told me to tell you." What doctor does that? There is so much more but this is already long. Bottom line - run as fast as you can away from this doctor and East 14th Street Medical Arts. It feels like a factory.

I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and the Dr said she wouldn’t see me. Actually, the receptionist told me. The Dr wouldn’t see or speak to me. Seriously, I was in utter disbelief. So sorry to interrupt your Friday night. Hey Doc, a word of advice, maybe you shouldn’t see patients so late on a Friday evening if it interferes with your life. My time is valuable too and you made me waste it sitting in that waiting room to find out you won’t see me. NYC traffic is a pain ya know… Maybe give people some time to get there.
