This Dr. LISTENS & Cares!
My family moved from Beaumont to the peninsula. I was making the drive to see my NP in the west end of Beaumont but it got old, fast. I was referred to Dr. Boutte by a coworker. Upon arrival, we were taken back within 10 minutes. The girl I was fostering was given an absolute thorough exam. But before the exam, Dr. Boutte sat with her & asked her all about her likes, dislikes, favorite bands, etc. Dr. Boutte made her feel at ease. She even stayed with her when her labs were drawn because she knew she was scared. As for my visit, she addressed all of my concerns & made me feel a little less apprehensive about menopause. My visit was not rushed at all. The front desk staff was friendly. We really love having Dr. Boutte as our provider now!

She listens to me, the patient and takes immediate action(i.e. making sure to give referrals to specialists) but at the same time is thorough and efficient.

Dr. Boutte is a fantastic physician. I am so fortunate to find such a kind and thorough dr. in such a small community. The staff is always accommodating and the nurses are wonderful. Lindsey and Rhonda (I think that's her name) are very prompt and caring.

Horrible customer service!! Tried to take my 3 year old daughter in at 4:10pm with a fever and I was told that they stopped seeing new patients at 4:00pm! Had she been there before it would have been fine but since they have never seen her she can keep her fever! I hope this Dr gets removed from Winnie this is not what I would call a good community practice!!

If location is your reason to pick, go for it. Dr Boutte is decent and does try but many other Drs available for a little further drive that can do better with a MUCH better office staff.
