Dermatologist Full Body Scan.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nosrati for several years now. i have been Treated for Basal, and Squamous Cell Carcinoma, with additional care for atypical moles. No Melanoma yet. My appointment frequency currenly is one year but will drop to six months if a cancerous spot needs to be removed. Dr. Nasratti and her nurse do a full body scan every year looking for new spots of concearn. I have numerous spots that are frozen by nitrogen. Pictures of problem areas are taken each year and compared to past pictures.

Dr. Neda Nosrati has the rudest bedside manners that I have ever seen in a physician. Unprofessional, arrogant and quite plain disrespectful. As a first time patient I came here for my partners visit as he had never had a preventive skin care screening. I introduced myself kindly and some of the concerns we had. She was very short, quick and just condescending in the way she spoke to me when I asked her some questions. For one of the questions she said she had no idea what kind of skin rash or infection it was? Are we even at the dermatologist office or what? What kind of answer is that? I told her it was our first visit here and was hoping for a warm introduction and friendly conversation but she basically told me I can wait in the waiting room until she was done and I did. I would not recommend Dr. Neda Nosrati to anyone. I have seen many Baylor physicians who were far more courteous and professional than this individual. Maybe the other practitioners at this location are more professional and actually care about their patients? I don’t know how else this place would have such a high rating. For Dr. Nosrati who is the owner and practitioner at her business I expected her to treat my partner and I with respect at the very least and be more professional. Do better! There are hundreds if not thousands of Dermatologists in and around the Houston area to choose from! I do not recommend this doctor or practice.

I’m a new patient and I appreciate that she read my chart before she entered the room however the skin check was the fastest one I have ever had and the least through. I had several spots to be frozen off but was informed that my insurance would only cover 5 spots which were barely treated, she was rushed and didn’t throughly cover all issues or ask if I had any questions. I was stunned at how quickly the visit went. I’ll be going to another dermatologist that is through and can address my questions and treat me for what I came for.

Seeing the doctor was pretty quick. Wait time was under 10 minutes. As for the appointment, it was a little rushed. She did a cursory review of my scalp that was like 10 seconds and then explained what she thought. It was good to hear confirmation of what I thought it was. I was disappointed that there wasn't more discussion on my health background as they all can be contributing factors to what I have going on. She did explain the options pretty well but I felt like I was being read a list instead of participating in the conversation. If you need more give and take, this doctor may not be for you. She is knowledgeable in her field just wish she was more involved in pairing up with you as a doctor and not reading a list of things that you will have as options to help. I did appreciate her honesty but still felt rushed during my appt. I would've preferred a more detailed exam and time to ask questions. She was literally standing by the door when I told her I had more questions.
