The review is for the office staff of Dr. Peleg. I was referred to MVPMG by my physician for a pulmonary function test. I paid the co-pay upon my arrival for the 2 appointments that I had with the dr. I was never told that I would also need to pay an additional co-pay for the test. I received ONE statement saying I owed another co-pay amount and I thought it was an error since I paid each time I visited the office up front. I left a message for the office to discuss and never received a call back...so I thought after receiving my call they realized that they made an error. But, no, they sent the payment to their credit collection bureau. Did not even give me the common courtesy to explain the additional charge. Now my credit is being threatened. Beware.

Dr Peleg was great, he answered all of my mother's questions & took his time to explain everything we needed. As for the girls at the front desk... They were amazing. They made a call for my elderly mother, which helped her out so much. I would recommend Mid Valley to anyone. Thank you!

First , the front office personnel doesn't get it together, they provide the wrong or at least half the information to patients, secondly. Doc. Peleg doesn't have a clue what is going on with the history of his patients. He show not interest.
