Terrible follow up experience
Our appointment felt like a check the box follow up visit. She didn't have any of the lab reports or any results to see how the treatment plan was working. She even took a phone call in the middle of our visit (Ok, I get it she is a busy doctor) but then proceeded to text during the entire appointment, to the point she wasn't listening and had to ask us to repeat our questions. She wasn't even aware we asked if we were done because she was still busy texting. We never did get an answer, so we just got up and left. It was only then she realized she hadn't been paying attention and followed us out apologizing, asking if she answered all of our questions. As I mentioned to her at her office, please give the patient that made the appointment with you your attention during that appointment time. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel like whomever she was texting was much more important than our follow up visit.

This doctor almost killed my wife. Once she new the type of infection she has she not only mistreated it but after 3 weeks admitted that she did not know how to treat it and QUIT and told us we needed to look elsewhere. We ended up at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale Az where their staff immediately new what to do and got my wife into surgery immediately to remove the infecited tissue that now brought her within 1 day of killing her. 4 surgery's later she is doing good. Do not use this doctor.
