TERRIBLE doctor. Don't dare disagree with him!
Stay away from Dr. Kayali if you value your children and family! He was the on-call pediatrician when I delivered my little girl at Trinity in Bettendorf. Because we didn't agree with his recommended treatment, he refused to provide discharge paperwork for our baby and then reported us to DHS--a report that was completely unfounded.At a time that should have been joyful for our family, he made our lives miserable because of his ego problem. He doesn't like it if you disagree with him, even if you are completely informed and articulate and it's even worse if you're a woman telling him you don't agree with him. Maybe a cultural thing but he can't stand it. Stay away from him!

Understanding
Dr. Kayali has been my children's PCP their whole lives. He is very professional and makes the children feel comfortable with him and takes the time to answer my questions as well as theirs.

We had some concerns with our son after his vaccinations and Dr. Kayali didn't brush us off he requested to evalute our son and do further testing. It made me feel conforted that he wasn't taking our concerns lightly.
