Medical records
If I could give zero stars I would. I have many many issues with this man, but the main one that I’m currently dealing with is him putting false information in my medical records. It started when he told me that he wouldn’t refer me for a breast reduction because he needs to speak with my husband first since it affects him. He was fine just managing my pain but not actually treating me. Then when I got another doctor to refer me for a breast reduction he refused to send in a recommendation letter because my husband said no. He has never spoke with my husband in person or on the phone. He put it in my chart - he lied in my chart. Also He refused to actually run any tests to diagnose me & when I’d bring up my concerns he would brush me off, tell me I was too young or make up something about what I’m trying to get tested for. Telling me I don’t meet any of the criteria, when according to reputable sources I actually do meet the criteria for them. I do not recommend him.

Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t take the time to listen to all my symptoms or care to look at all the pictures I had to show him. Was told to eat a banana to get my potassium levels up. Was very rude in general when presenting my so called normal labs.

Don’t!!!
Do not go to this dude if you have EDS. He knows absolutely nothing about it. He spent the whole time making me feel stupid and telling me I don’t have it because it’s not on my blood work when EDS doesn’t show up on blood work. He told me my entire family that has gotten diagnosed should get a second opinion because their skin isn’t stretchy when that’s NOT a requirement for hyper mobile EDS. DO NOT go to him to get diagnosed for EDS. I spent 60 dollars on a copay just to walk away angry that this doctor made me feel stupid about something he obviously knows NOTHING about.

he didn't listen or pay attention to family history or look at imaging. only relied on bloodwork and physical appearance. paid no attention to occupation and daily activities, even though it was discussed in detail, before prescribing medication. very rushed. quick to give steroids and prescribe meds without any discussion of possible side affects or conditions of taking said meds. rushed to pain management.

With in a few minutes Naveed knew where my problem was coming from. When I left the office I felt like a new person. Very pleasant bed side manner that made me fell confident that he cared about his patients.

I was very very pleased with Dr Naveed and would highly recommend him to anyone in pain or have had symptoms that have gone undiagnosed for years. He took the time to explain things to me and has an excellent bedside manner. I would truly have to say this is the first time I left a doctors office not feeling confused and frustrated I finally got my answers.

He’s helped me with chronic back pain after no doctor in 4 years could. He’s very outgoing and thorough. Highly recommend, and already have to other people who also see him and very much appreciate his care.

Dr. Naveed is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and caring. I like that he gets right to the point and does not hem haw around that it may be this or may be that. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I came to him barely able to walk and he knew right away what my diagnosis was and got me started on treatment right away. Three months later he has me on a combination of meds and I am 99% better. He always listens to any concerns I have and I can call his office and ask questions. He is a Godsend.

I am truly surprised that this arrogant and dismissive doctor is still practicing medicine. My experience with him was one of the most humiliating and angering experiences I've had with a medical "professional" in my whole life. I would not recommend him to anyone. I've also let my referring doctor know how absolutely terrible my experience with Dr Salahuddin was - and she's agreed not to refer people to him any more. Doctors like this need investigated.

Dr. Salahuddin is knowledgeable. However, he is dismissive and rude. After years of issues, I was told all my ongoing issues were due to my weight (despite being at a healthy weight when I started seeing him). I was told at the end if my evaluation that I should exercise more and have a baby because I needed "a distraction." If you have ongoing issues, go elsewhere. Find someone who will take you seriously.
