Was surprised how quickly I could get in to be seen. Staff friendly and helpful. Office was very clean. Dr. Krogel has a great bedside manner and explained everything very well in terms I could understand. Set up a recovery plan that I feel will help. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor! Very approachable and down to earth with a great bedside manner. He speaks with his patients before procedures. He makes sure to explain his findings promptly after test are complete. His staff are very kind and also help explain everything that is going on before they start. Thry all made me feel at ease with my procedures. Thank you everyone for you kindness.

Had my 2nd double scope procedure 2/14/2020 and once again Dr. Krogel was the best! He is friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk too and listens to his patients. I just hope he is still around this area when I have to have these procedures repeated again in 5 years!!!

Office does not return messages even after several messages are left, staff is unhelpful. doctor is good, staff sucks.

Dr. Kroger is honestly the first GI doctor to take me seriously and treat me with respect. He listened to what I had to say and explained things well and in a way that was easy to understand. Would recommend him 100%.
