Outstanding medical care
Truly outstanding, compassionate care. Dr. Nathan Ringer listened carefully to my medical history and concerns and offered appropriate care. Surgery went very well, sedation was great, recovery progressing well. I followed all recommendations and had no problems.

Excellent Work!
I had a molar which needed extraction, and quickly. Dr. Ringer got me in the very next day, and performed this extraction without bleeding or pain. Most remarkable, in my experience. TYVM! I would literally drive 100 miles to see him again, if it were necessary. R. Larsen, 71, CO SPGS

Professional and kind
Dr. Ringer, was knowledgeable and kind. The pre and post surgery interactions with him and his team were great, they left me with a shirt, two ice packs, ice cream and plenty of prescriptions for pain medication. He also reached out personally later in the day to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Ringer and his team for anyone looking for a great experience in surgery.

Awesome Experience
We were treated extremely well from the office staff and nurses. Dr Ringer was friendly and showed that he really cared. He even personally reached out on a Friday evening just to check on my daughter and gave us his personal number in case something came up over the weekend.

Bone graft
Had to remain awake due to pregnancy, but the process was quick and easy, no pain felt, very professional, and friendly staff. Surgeon was very kind and involved even reached out after the surgery to check up! Highly recommend.

Great experience!
It was a great experience overall! I was there for an extra tooth removal and the total time in the office was less than an hour. The front staff, assistant and the doctor were all super nice and made the operation fly smooth. I was really impressed with the facility especially the 3d X-ray viewing. It was definitely a nice change of pace from military dentistry. Would go back again 100%!!

Wisdom teeth removal
We had a great experience and Dr. Ringer and his staff were awesome! The procedure for our daughter went great and in a timely manner. They made sure all questions were answered before leaving the office. They even did a follow-up via text later that evening to make sure she was doing ok. Would recommend them to anyone!

Wisdom Teeth Removal
Everyone was great!! My son had 3 wisdom teeth removed and from start to finish was about 20 minutes and from the time we arrived to when we were on our way home was about an hour and a half. Highly recommend the entire team!!

Amazing Dr. And staff
We were referred to this facility for my son’s surgery. From the moment we met for a consultation to the day of surgery, everyone was amazing and friendly and helpful. They walked with son through everything and helped him feel comfortable. It was a great experience for us, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. The personalized text message checking on my child and any questions we have is a wonderful addition to the whole experience.

Dr. Ringer has performed oral surgery on both of my kids. My oldest kid had their wisdom teeth removed and my youngest had two teeth removed for preparation of braces. Our experience with Dr. Ringer and the team at Colorado Springs Oral and Facial Surgery has been superb. Dr. Ringer has a wonderful bedside manner. He put both my kids at ease prior to surgery and followed up after returning home to see how they were recovering.

A pain free visit.
Dr. Ringer and his entire staff made me feel as comfortable as possible, which isn’t easy! lol. He listens to you and does his best to find solutions for you. I have severe dental anxiety and after seeing him twice now for extractions, I would recommend him to anyone for their dental needs.
