Great Surgeon, Great Experience
I was very happy and blessed to have found Dr Lesley. He was very kind and patient and explained all of my options very thoroughly. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. I was able to have surgery on my hand in his office the same day. I would highly recommend Dr Lesley!

Hand and elbow
Dr. Lesley has taken care of my carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve problems in both arms. He is an excellent doctor who spends the time to thoroughly explain the procedures before and after surgery. A true professional who excels at this specialty.

Went above and beyond
Diagnosed my hand problem accurately even before the scans. Then went above and beyond what you'd expect. When he knew we had upcoming travel, he quickly made the MRI and the required surgery all happen within 48 hours.

Dr. Lesley did a minor surgery on my right arm in his office. No anesthesia was needed, just a simple block that lasted as long as I needed it. The surgery took only 15 minutes and I did not have to fast before. I walked in and walked out an hour later. My arm is healing beautifully and I have experience very little pain. Used just OTC pain meds the first 2 days. Not having to go to a surgery center for surgery was awesome and saved me lots of money. More doctors should do this kind of surgery in their offices. It would save so much time and money for patients! Fort Worth Hand to Shoulder has a great staff both at the front desk and in patient care. I would recommend them and the treatment practices to anyone. They made what used to me a multi-day process fast and pleasant.

Dr Lesley is a very caring doctor! He does not do surgery if it's not necessary. He listens to you and you are NOT rushed through your appointment. He performed hand surgery on me and I am delighted at the outcome! So glad I went; plan to have my other hand done in the near future. Only by Dr Lesley!

I could not be more disappointed with Dr. Lesley. My surgery was supposed to be "minor". Because he did not listen to me when I was concerned about how it was healing, I developed osteomylitis. This required a second surgery and IV antibiotics. It is now over 3 months since the initial surgery and I still don't have full use of my finger.

I have had several successful hand surgeries. He’s a great doctor and surgeon. However, some members of his staff are not reaching out to patients when patient appointments are cancelled. I was not notified when my last appointment was cancelled and I showed up to find out he was out of the office and they had left messages for me. Neither my cell phone nor house phone had any messages. I dismissed it as a mistake, until I referred a friend. Her first appointment was cancelled and they called her. She arrived at her second appointment today to learn they had called her shortly before her arrival. Might want to call the office just before you leave home. It’s sad for a really good doctor to not have a staff that seeks to be more supportive.

Dr. Lesley really listened to my concerns. He clearly and specifically explained my options in a way that was easy to understand, and he explained cost options, as well as what his overall recommendation would be in the end. He presented it in a way that let you know that if you wanted to go a different route with treatment, he would respect it, and didn't push or make you feel like you had to follow his advice.

Poor communication in office. Surgery scheduled for three weeks. After three visits and various failed interventions. Showed up at noon Baylor Oakmount outpatient only to find out it was cancelled. Last minute trout in patient better. Nurse blamed office; Dr’s office blamed Baylor. Less than two weeks later, another surgeon completed outpatient surgery, no problem

After being referred to several Dr's over a 10 yr period to hopefully diagnosis a medical problem. Dr. Lesley was the only Dr to listen and take my issues seriously. He immediately diagnosed and 3 days later after suffering 10 years had me in surgery. I am indebted to Dr. Lesley and would recommend him to anyone .

I had the good fortune to be a patient of the best doctor and staff for my condition. Dr. Nathan did an incredible job of saving my hand from being ruined and useless. Along with his genius and expertise, that I received the very best therapy for returning my hand to a nearly perfect condition that it was in before the accident happened, and that was because of the fantastic skill and treatment I received from Michelle Lourens. A major portion of my recovery was the care of the wound area.

So accidentally shot myself in the hand with a pellet gun, opps. I went to the er the next day and they couldn't get the pellet out, so the er doctor called Dr. Lesley. He fit me into his busy schedule and was able to see me later that day. He not only stayed later to see me but was then proceeded to perform minor surgery on my hand, in his office, to get the pellet out and save me a few thousand dollars by not having to go to hospital for surgery. He's a great doctor and hand is better.
