12 doctors who have all agreed I'm disabled because of a work related accident. Ive lost 75% movement in my dominant arm following shoulder surgery. This man actually said in my evaluation that I have no residual problems stemming from shoulder surgery. When I had full movement before surgery. This man is a quack. He downplayed my injury just to get that paycheck. If you have the option of going elsewhere I would seriously consider it. He had no bedside manner.

I'm surprised anyone gave Dr. Fogt a less than excellent rating for his services. I recently broke my arm and shattered my wrist but as soon as he saw my xrays he scheduled an immediate surgery. He sat with me in front of the xrays and pointed out his concerns and didn't sugar coat anything. He is an excellent surgeon!! He doesn't have a God complex. He is a caring guy! Please- base your judgement on your own experience. A+++++++ in every area! Thank you, Dr. Fogt!

Dr Fogt saw me after an auto accident, broken leg - my appointments were all less than 5 minutes long, he never once looked at my leg under the brace or without my jeans on. Acted like there was something wrong with me that I couldn't walk still after 8 weeks. I sought out a physical therapist that accepted my insurance, he saw me once and sent me to the emergency room. I had a blood clot in my leg and could have died. Dr. Fogt never examined my leg but lied on my records and said he did!

He was unwilling to listen as I described multiple Ortho problems after setting up my appointment, saying "I don't want to hear about anything else! You're here for your left shoulder!" He actually called me a liar at one point. Without explaining, he left the exam room, never to return, and a Nurse(?) came in to tell me to go to the front desk to schedule another appointment. My next Ortho sent me to Cleveland Clinic which found a system problem. I think he was fired by Mercy 2 yrs ago.
