Dr. Nathalie Shoer, DMD

Rushed root canal, poor response to questions on problems on film, no response from office after reporting problems. I Been having problems since procedure over year ago. No antibiotics after surgery only mouth rinse and pain meds. No response from office after ER visit No response from office after dentist contacted them I needed to speak to them. Appointments made months out Even though I been in constant pain in and out of ER and other Dr's for dental problems. Dr Shoer rushed in glanced at me at Appointment. Assistant said I made wrong Appointment. This office seems only to care about having a job not well-being of Patient. Now a short term problem has became long term due to lack of care from Dr and staff. They only call or text to confirm appointment. Much more to say not good.

I highly recommend her to anyone. She is so loving and caring with her patients. She is the first dental surgeon that has ease my fear of going to the dentist. She is truly an Angel on earth. Thank You Dr Shoer for your amazing gentle care of me. Sincerely Yours. Linda Darlin Aldridge.

Horrible company. Dentist was okay, but the company is not reputable. They had me do all the billing/paying while sitting in the surgery chair. My insurance pays 90% & I pay 10% for tooth extraction. I verified before going in. The insurance lady had it reversed. I told her & she said, "Oh honey, you don't understand insurance, I do" I told her several times she had it wrong. Once I got my EOB, I called for a refund. I was told they would pay me once they got paid. Not true. It's been 6+ months. They continue to tell me it will be 6-8 weeks & that they will only refund the exact way I paid, a debit card. That card is on an account I need to close. They say I have to provide a letter from the bank saying the acct is closed & will have to open a new acct & provide another bank letter for that because they refuse to just send me a check! I left the acct open & they still won't refund. They are scammers. They left my stitches in 2 weeks overdue & one side didn't heal properly, in pain now.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions. Very kind doctor, my kids had a very good experience with the wisdom teeth removed. Highly recommended! Thank you doctor Shoer and staff to follow up post surgery.

It was 3 months wait for my mom to see the dentist. Dr. Shoer said my mom needed bone graph after pulling her teeth. I went for a second option and the other dentist said that Dr. Shoer findings were false, that her gums and bones were great. Dr. shoer office was way over crowded with people sitting on the floor and the wait was 2 hours long.Dr. shoer had bugs bitting people in the waiting room. I will not recommend this oral surgeon to my anyone

Dr. Shoer is a good oral surgeon, no complaints what so ever. The dental staff was great. Very patient. I was very thankful for them during my visit.. But the office staff.. Needs some work! They know nothing of what goes on in the back. Very very very unorganized!! If you have a question, I suggest asking the dentist, or her immediate staff members! Don't trust the office staff. A couple of them should be fired.
