She should lose her license
Not only was I being treated like I had no brain, she didn’t treat or even address my medical concerns that I came in with. My blood pressure and pulse were extremely elevated and one of my concerns was chest pain. She did nothing. She blatantly disregarded that part and continued on about how I have ECZEMA on my hands. There are clearly more pressing matters wouldn’t you agree? Wish I could’ve slapped her for the way she was talking to me. blatantly insulting my intelligence and disregarded my concerns. She should lose her license

She’s a liar
This doctor called me to handle a “complaint I made about: Dr. Eugene Chaung” who caused me to have multiple mental breakdowns due to insufficient information, lies, and Non therapeutic (lack of) communication. He diagnosed me from a rapid test: and she had the nerve to tell me to test again a week later, after I’ve had 2 negative confirmation tests in the last 2 months. She didn't call me to handle the complaint. She just wanted to have a reason to document lies, on a call that she rushed and treated me as if I had no common sense. No! This is not my doctor. And she never will be. Legacy is a trash place now.

Not an internal medicine doctor
Dr. Vanek is not an internist nor a PCP. Although that is what she is listed as at the Legacy Clinic and has been for her tenure there. She does not seem to understand internal medicine and as such does not engage with patients medical needs.

I have had terrible experiences with Dr. Vanek. Legacy is a great clinic, but she has ruined the care I receive by what I can only guess is telling all of my other providers that I lie about my medical circumstances. She has intentionally sneezed on me in the past when she didn't inform me she was sick before our appointment. Has treated me worse than any doctor ever has before. Whenever I have an appointment with her she acts like I'm an idiot and then becomes passive aggressive when I get upset with her for her lack of understanding. Disregards all of my concerns, is overall nasty to be around, and in my chart leaves a note that my judgement is poor. A doctor that's only in it for the money, it seems.

Dr. Vanek is a qualified professional and has always conducted herself exactly so during my visits with her. Knowledgeable and personable, Dr. Vanek explains all medications and their function in terms that are easy to comprehend. Her manner is pleasant and her nurse/assistant is pleasant, engaging with the patients and making them feel comfortable. The clinic wherein Dr. Vanek practices is often fraught with patients who don't show up for their appointments or arrive late, affecting wait time

The clinic she is at is very nice however her bedside service is horrible. I had to wait 45 minutes to over an hour to be seen. She doesn't take your questions seriously and she avoids them at all cost if possible. She doesn't tell you about medications she will prescribe and information she places in the notes about the visit are nothing that she went go over. She is a nice person, however, the genuineness of care is not there at all. I will be changing Dr in 2018.

She is a great doc. knows what she is doing problem is,she is too worried about herself. She wont answer messages, phone calls. Also hope you all dont get side effects cus either you go to E.R. or keep getting sick.Again she doesnt take the time to reply to any messages and her main nurse is the same way.Oh and the wait time is horrible! At times they will keep you in a room without a word for 45-1hr and im not exaggerating. And dont even try to go out and ask about time cus she gives you ATTITUDE.
