Excellent, caring, professional Doctor!
I have been Dr. Natalie Thomas' patient for a few years now, since my other primary care doctor retired. I couldn't have asked for a better, more competent doctor! She is very competent, professional, kind, caring, etc., and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Her staff is great as well, and the communications between their office and patient is top notch. I can't ask for a better doctor/patient experience all these years!

I reserved judgment for awhile. The last straw was putting additional details I actually don't mind sharing (depression and anxiety) on a form where I asked her for proof about hypertension. Asked for expensive tests I didn't need. Referred me to specialists who did the same. Not much thought or conversation. No real concern for my health while thinking I am in her office for anything but improving my health. A young incompetent doctor with a jaded view that wonders why I am depressed and anxious. Maybe she will care to improve your health. I am fed up. Also her office staff is rude and the worst ever. Her assistant Helen is good at her job.

I cannot recommend this Doctor. I've had issues with my breathing since last year and the only relief I've gotten was when I had to go to the Emergency Room and was prescribed an inhaler. She won't refill the inhaler prescription and if you've ever had trouble breathing you know this is sadistic. She ran blood tests on me, without asking, and the cost was sky high. Even tho these tests showed that I wasn't addicted, as she presumably thought, she won't refill my anxiety medication. She doesn't seem to understand that insurance is awful and most of us can't pay for all these 'extra's. I spoke with another health care professional about this and he actually guessed who it was, saying "her father is a well respected Doctor but no one seems to like her". Luckily I am in good health and will find another primary care doctor.

Best doctor I have had in a decade! Very proactive and thorough. (Office does not have great signage, hard to find but that's not her issue).

I visited Dr. Thomas for the first time yesterday and can confidently say it was my best experience as a patient. She was very thorough and took her time with me. She asked a lot of questions up front and examined every potential cause for my symptoms. When she didn't know the answer to something, she was humble and patient enough to tell me she didn't know and then looked up the answer online. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone looking for a good doctor. She is excellent.
