Dr. Natalie Penha, MD

She is compassionate and caring- sorry I left her practice years ago. Highly recommend

Dr. Penha cares, listens and tries to determine the root cause of health issues unlike most conventional doctors who categorize patients as the same and readily prescribe medicne as a bandaid. She analyzes patients health by taking an integrative/functional approach and tries to determine solutions for healing.

Dr. Penha takes time to thoroughly explain my conditions. She can cater to those who want a more holistic/natural approach as well as a traditional one. She listens to issues in my life that maybe causing me to feel this way. She understands all of her patients and cares for them. Her staff has improved extremely. They are very sweet and call back as soon as they can. I am glad to be treated pleasantly and I recommend her 100%.

Dr Penha is always wonderful and listens to every question and concern I have, and takes extra time and care to explain anything I don't understand. However, 100% of her staff are horrible. Beyond horrible even. So bad I probably won't go back. Not for lack of wanting to see Dr Penha, but the lack of staff response. They don't answer the phone, evee... Not even remotely exaggerating. Leave messages, no return calls. I have to book an appointment, and wait weeks just to tell her that info. Her staff has called to cancel appts the day of, or day before multiple times, given me a new date, only to never actually schedule the appointment. One time Dr Penha ordered blood work, I set an apt for that, and when I showed up they said nothing was ordered. I called the office, left an message, sent an email, then spam redialed for an hour with no one picking up. Two weeks later when I had my appointment she said "you didn't get blood work?" Her staff sucks.

Dr. Penha takes time explaining blood tests and about my symptoms. She is very caring and has helped me out tremendously with my thyroid condition.

Dr. Penha is kind, caring and concerned. Her professionalism and attention to detail is extended to her staff as well. They are welcoming and willing to answer questions especially on the phone. When I call they call me back. I feel like a favorite friend of their family.

Dr Penha is a very wonderful Doctor and person! She is a fantastic listener and cares about her patients. I never feel rushed while having a visit. She always takes time to listen so she has great feedback on how to treat me. The Staff are very friendly. As much as I'm not a fan of going to a Doctor- I do not feel this way with Dr Penha! She is awesome!

When I started seeing Dr Penha I appreciated her and her staffs diligence and caring attitude. That all ended. Had issues with not getting bloodwork set up (I live a distance and get it done via Labcorp) and even getting an appt. scheduled. I do not feel that I am listened to anymore by her, I was prescribed meds that I did not need. She sent me home with a packaged test, I had questions, messaged via her portal and have not received a response in a week. She had been great for Thyroid issues.

Dr.Penha has saved my life. I was losing my hair and fatigued. I couldn’t lose weight and I was very unhappy. She first made me take my temperature for 30 days before getting out of bed. She did blood work. I am so happy she kept doing different blood work till she found that I was making iron but had no saturation, thyroid was under active, inflammation markers off the chart high. I had tachycardia. My other doctors never listened to me. She did and now my Autoimmune disease Is in remission!

At first I thought Dr. Penha was terrific and did seem to listen well. After many years of being seen by her, I can say that she overprescribes unnecessary medicine, overdraws on blood work and requires doctor visits every two to three months. In addition her staff is horrible and unprofessional and informs patients that Dr. Penha will not return an existing patient's phone call without a consultation fee for a fairly simple question.

I was recommended by sm1 to see Dr Penha. I recently was seen by Dr Penha for the 1st time and my first experience was awesome..Dr Penha took the time to listen, explain and show supporting documents. In addition, she had her staff print out documents we spoke about in order for me to follow up /read about the things we discussed..Its been a very very very long time that I had a caring, knowledgeable and informative physician like Dr.Penha. I shared with family and colleagues.

She listens to her patients and has an excellent bedside manner - it is uplifting just to see her. She explains lab results and is willing to work with patients to come up with solutions to problems. Regarding hypothyroidism, I have felt lucky in finding her. She orders all the right tests and takes a holistic approach to treatment.

Dr. Penha was the first and only doctor I have found that listens to you , when you try to explain what you are feeling or experiencing . I feel so blessed that our paths met.

I can honestly say that I have never had a family physician who is more experienced, compassionate, caring and thorough as Dr Natalie Penha. All the adult members of my family go to her and she takes excellent care of all of us. I highly recommend Dr. Penha!

Dr. Penha has been instrumental in helping me solve my thyroid issues. She takes the time to listen, look at everything and create a plan. She explains everything in easy to understand terms. I drive 3 hours to see her because she's a rarity, and worth the drive!

Recently visited Dr Penha for my yearly wellness checkup, which was completed on July 8, 2016. I was really happy with Dr. Penha. Unfortunately,her staff in her front office is INCOMPETENT! My insurance company was billed incorrectly, which caused me to pay an additional $175.80. It was my wellness visit and Dr Penha did everything that would categorize this visit as a wellness checkup and even order routine blood work. The staff submitted bill incorrectly as a sick visit and refused to correct.

Dr. Penha is honestly the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of having. She genuinely cares about her patients, and takes the time to listen to their concerns, without making them feel as though they are running though a checklist. No matter what my concerns are, she does everything in her power to address them in the most efficient and thorough way possible. She maintains a relaxed office environment that upholds the utmost professionalism.

Dr. PENHA is the most amazing caring doctor I have ever came in contact with. She cares, she listens and has a great deal of compassion. She will address all of your concerns! I am still a patient and hopefully will never have to worry about finding a good PCP. My search is over and have been a patient about 2 years. She consistently offers superior service. You will not be disappointed!
